It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
I’ve had a few pivotal moments along the way, one being a quote shared by my yoga instructor that I think about every day is:
“happiness is just beyond the cognitive horizon”.
Sit with that for a moment.
As a society we value happiness by the amount of success we have, and success is determined by the amount of things. We tell ourselves once I get a promotion/new car/lose 10 lbs/handbag we’ll be happy. But as soon as we hit that target, we’ve already changed the goal. And that’s because we think we have to be successful, then we’ll be happier. Now is the time to let that go.
